Do not ever use Value Express. They damage goods in transit before it arrives. Then take their time investigating who is responsible (them or Makro) and the client is left waiting for these two to sort out. While the client paid for the item and having to wait for their investigation. Keep in mind the item never reached me. Nothing was delivered and returned.
