Value Express Logistics

Never use Value Express Logistics. These people lost my package and shipped one box to another area while keeping 3 other boxes in a local warehouse in my town for a week. They went ahead to blame the store I bought from instead of taking accountability for their negligence. If I didn’t call to follow up on my package, they would have just kept it there and not care or notify me. Very useless service. Their delivery guys even manhandled my package the first time they delivered for me. I complained and nothing was done. Very useless customer centre. Bad service. Don’t waste your money using Value Express Logistics or whatever they call themselves.

I even offered to fetch my parcels and they still gave me the run around as if my package was lost, damaged or ******. Very useless service provider.
