Value Express Delivery orders that never get delivered

Value express does not deserve that 1 star. Very unprofessional. No transparency, no tracking, no communication. Makro order was picked up by Value express. They filled out the data to Makro and supplier that the goods were delivered. Goods are probably sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I somehow believe they are awaiting more order to courier stuff from Gauteng to KZN, whilst i am made to wait. Makrobis having bad reviews because of the courier company they use
