Value do not deliver goods at all

As far as im concerned you are just as *********** as makro. Makro informed me that on Saturday my good was handed over to you for delivery on Monday i contacted makro they informed me that value indicated that they will pic the item up on Monday it is now Wednesday no delivery or message forthcoming about delivery nor can i be provided with a waybill contacting value is also useless as no one can assist me to were my goods are! Don't use them just as *********** as the company who's goods they must deliver
