Poor service and unreliable delivery times

Based of my experience, I would not recommend Value Logistics as a courier provider:

I order goods from Makro just under a week ago that were supposed to be delivered to my house today. I called the contact centre requesting were the goods were and they confirmed that they would be delivered today. After some hours went by without nobody arriving, I called the contact centre again only to be serviced by a rude lady who requested that she’d call back after checking with the driver. I have not received a call back.
