Poor service

I've been expecting my delivery from Value express since the 9th of February until today, their driver Sikho Gazi called yesterday said he's at my house I told him I'm not home but i arranged someone to sign for my parcel he said it's fine they are going to another section and they will come back to my house after and they never did my cousin waited for hours noone came,I called Sikho he said they are going back with my parcel and they will deliver it today......I called him today he said he's not working this side today i should call their office.Their office told me they will call me and arrange for the delivery but they can't say when they will actually do the delivery because they came yesterday.
