poor service

This is a company with bad service, I have been waiting for my washing machine from Makro Bloemfontein since 25January 2023, and the store told me that it was handed over to Value Logistics.. today it is the 2nd of February 2023, and still haven’t received my order..

I have been calling and making follow ups everyday, and I am always told that my order is out for delivery.

This is a very poor service and I would appreciate if can take the order back and give my refund.
