Pathetic service from a service provider

I bought a fridge at game store two weeks ago and was promised that the fridge will be delivered in three days, three days came and i contacted the store, it was discovered that the fridge was collected by Value logistics from the warehouse and have been sitting with the fridge. After the intervention and collaboration with Game management and lady who is a manager at Value Logistics, we came to a conclusion the fridge will be delivered on Monday 12 May, it was not delivered, they called and apologized and promised that the fridge will be delivered on the Next day just after 5pm, KNOCKED OFF EARLY to go home and wait for them, just got a call from a male employee now who is apologizing again for not delivering the fridge and informed me that they won't be able to deliver the fridge again today, they will make sure to deliver tomorrow. This bad and pathetic service which i will not tolerate, as it is i don't have a fridge, food is getting spoilt and i am spending R250 daily transporting someone to come and wait for them and make sure they find someone at home, for the past two weeks

I am still going to take this up with Game senior management about the pathetic service their delivery company is providing to Game customers.

It's now been over two weeks, and despite multiple calls and assurances from various representatives and managers, the fridge has not been delivered. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
