Pathetic - how does a Company like this even exist!

I have been on hold for 25 minutes, just for the call to be dropped. Not even mentioning my previous two calls that were dropped as well. I am waiting for an urgent delivery from Makro, but cannot get hold of value Express, and when I call Makro they tell me the item is still in store, is has not been collected by Value yet. My previous experience was my address with them being captured in an area that my street doesn't even exist in. What type of *********** idiots are driving around and handling Thousands of Rands worth of valuable items??
