Ordering online with Makro, Never again.

Terrible customer service from this courier company. With so many capable courier companies in SA, I have no idea why Makro decided to partner with this one. I regret ever purchasing from Makro. I tried calling value logistics, only to be rerouted multiple times and eventually they ended my call. The biggest mistake I made was to order online without checking the reviews first because I TRUSTED the Makro brand. NVER AGAIN. I have no idea if I'll ever recieve my order.
