No support for small local business!!!!

We are a small start up company that has recently been awarded a large (comparatively speaking) contract to move 3-5 pallets of product from Cape Town to Joburg each month. We have just been informed that we they cannot work with us as they require a minimum of 100k per month to justify. Cape Town office has been incredibly helpful and the decision was not theirs. It seems that Value Logistics does not support the small up and coming local business. I wonder how they started? I wonder how many companies gave them the opportunity?
