Moving quote

This company doesn’t even deserve the 1 star! Their service is TERRIBLE! I got a quote to move and I paid, after the moving I get called to be told that I owe them more money, which I asked how as I paid everything that was on the quote. I was assisted by a lady called Chantell and I asked for her as she quoted me. I was sent from pillar to post till I eventually got her and she made up stories about how she told me that it would be more and they have recordings of our call. I asked for those and never ever got them. I asked for the manager and she wasn’t helpful, instead **** some more! I was communicating with both Chantelle’s and their service was horrible!
