Horrible service

Value logistics has the worst service. I ordered from Markro online on the 29th of Nov , my order was handed over to value logistics on the 2nd Dec and I still have not received it. When I call to try get what’s happening with my order , their employees are extremely rude and hang up. 2 weeks and I still have not received my order.
