Extremely Poor Service – No Collection Attempts for Over 15 Days

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Value Express.

I had multiple orders that required collection, yet for more than 15 days no attempt was ever made to collect the parcels. During this period, I called the Value Express team several times to follow up. On every call, I was told that “the truck has been dispatched and collection will take place”. Unfortunately, this never happened.

Despite repeated assurances, no courier arrived and no collection was completed to date. This has caused unnecessary delays, operational disruption, and placed me at risk of customer dissatisfaction — all due to failures completely outside my control.

What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and inaccurate information provided during follow-ups. If collections are not scheduled or orders are inactive, customers should be informed honestly instead of being repeatedly misled.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience and strongly urge Value Express to improve communication, reliability, and follow-through on scheduled collections.
