I booked a truck with value logistics now they won't respond to my calls and emails. I was assisted by Chantell Texeira now as soon as I told the receptionist Patricia that I need to speak to someone else who can assist since Chantell a call centre agent is in a meeting from 8am to 4 pm and is not responding to my email, Patricia is also now giving me an attitude and putting me through to numbers that are not answered
