Dangerous driving!

A driver driving in George (western cape)...was driving completely irrationally! Pushing in front of other drivers...with out even indicating...also trying to force people out of the way by driving right up behind them ( not even close to a safe following distance ). The guy then laughed at me when I tried to get the number plate, he then cut people off in traffic to get away!! The first of the number plate is BJ 77 it is also a GP number plate. This is really not cool.
