Bad Service/Good not delivered

According to Makro my order was handed to Value Logstics on the 7th and till today I havent received my order, I called to check on Monday the 9th and the lady said they will priorotise the order took my details and said they will get back to me till today nothing,no order, no call. I have been wasting my airtime calling the office the entire day as Makro insist that my order was handed to them and the phone rings then they pick up and immediatly hang up.Their service is so pathetic and I dont understand why such a big retail store like Makro is using their service whilist they dont deliver.Makro and Value logistic services is so bad. Not impressed
