Bad service they dont value their clients

Value express/ logistics and makro south Africa you are not reliable , you are not trusted im.still waiting for my delivery that was said its out on delivery even now no sms no calls whos fooling who can i kindly get my delivery please., I emailed called your head office but no help why are doing this to people are you guys happy.with.everydays complains can i have my things i payed my money
