Bad courier service

This company is handling our makro marketplace courier service. The worst to deal with. Lousiana and Tony situated in Pomona are the worst individuals i have met in a professional level. They lie a lot. We have had orders canceled because they don't collect. Today I confirmed collection of makro customers orders with Tony at 9h30 and he promised to bring a truck. I did a follow-up at 15h15 but he ignored my calls and texts as he always does. I called the call centre and I spoke to Vuyo who said Tony is in a meeting and can't talk.
