Appalling service

I bought goods online from Makro Silverlakes, which were collected by Value Express on 8 September at 1.01pm. They have still not been delivered. Every day I phone and get told that the delivery will be 'today' and that a consultant would phone me back. No-one has ever phoned me. Today I am told that delivery should be on 18 September. This is appalling service. Makro should re-think who they use as couriers.
