A company with a poor moral compass

I'm disappointed in the ethics of this company. In February one of their trucks crashed into me, causing massive damage to my vehicle. I was inconvenienced, due to negligence by a Value Logistics driver, for 5 months waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. Now they are dragging their feet on paying the insurance claim, and inconveniencing me again as I wait for my excess to be refunded. Shame on you Value Logistics.
