This company collects money for surveys completed by their members and does not pass it on to the members. Members are awarded points for completing the surveys and then redeem the points for gift vouchers. For several months now every reward is out of stock. Members are advised they are working on it but it remains out of stock. This problem has emerged recently. This is not how this company used to operate. Are they under new management.
