Valued Opinions: **********?

I have have been a panelist for quite some time and recently saw that I had accumulated over a 2000 points. I have been trying for over a month now to Redeem my Rewards and to this date have not been successful. They are now ignoring my emails and I have 7 references numbers I was given in acknowledgement of my emails.

I am still being sent surveys!!

This looks like a blatant **** and to my mind is bordering on *****.

How may this company continue to function without rewarding it's panelists according to their promises??

Is there any further steps that can be taken to report this company for continuing to act in 'bad faith' ?? (the above statements are all made 'without prejudice')
