Happy to get rewarded for my Opinions

I have been doing the surveys on Valued Opinions websites for a few years now and have had no issues or major complaints.

The Positives: For most of the surveys I have completed over the years I have received my allotted points. And I have been able to redeem these points with no issues for the vouchers that I have wanted, which is around R1000 in Takealot vouchers over the last couple of years (for basically nothing, just my time). I have really enjoyed most of the surveys and felt that I could express my opinions on certain brands and issues. The website has been updated and works well with good user experience.

The Issues: I have noticed that the rewards that are available presently are a lot less than when I first signed up. Some of the surveys don't function properly and you may waste time with no rewards/points. Also some of the surveys don't really take into account previous answers and are not relevant to my demographic (mostly the business related surveys), so you end up having to leave the survey mid-way through as you wouldn't be able to answer the questions truthfully if you continued. Some of the surveys should probably be vetted better by Valued Opinions to make the experience better for those taking the surveys.

In summary, despite a few issues here and there, I have really benefited from the rewards and have been able to give my opinions. So I will continue to use this site.
