Efficient service - great experience!

Looking at selling my car, (I have MS and cannot drive anymore) I obtained an online estimate easily and quickly. Trish called me the next day and was very polite and efficient which led to Rasheed visiting to assess the car. He was also a pleasure to have around - assessed the car thoroughly, we took it for a test drive, he explained the process to me and we settled on a price. I wanted some time to chat with family about it and he gave me a written quote and was quite understanding of my situation - there was no pressure put on me! After chatting with family, I decided to go ahead. Trish called me and the whole process was very quick and efficient. They have transferred the money, it's available in my account already, and we arranged for them to collect the car on Monday - as Trish said: "At your convenience. We will work around you."
