Worst service ever.

Teach your staff to treat people with respect. They are so insolent and disrespectful. This lady at Soshanguve crossing even told my husband that he’s full of ****. Her behavior is so not suitable for a service offering establishment. It was simple. We walked through the door thinking the place was open. We greeted her she looked at us. We asked to collect glasses she gave us a bad attitude. Instead of letting us know that she can only assist at 9. We said we will sit until 9 in the store. She said not in this store. She said we must ask her nicely to have the glasses ready. I did. Then she started fighting verbally with my Husband. Telling him voetsek and other swear words. So disappointed in her service I won’t lie. An attitude adjustment is required.
