poor service

I needed eye glasses and I went to these guys,it was January. They said it was gonna take 7 to 10 days for them to be ready and its may and my glasses are no where to be found. I kept calling and calling and all they could say is they can't find them. I even went to them a couple of times but I just can't seem to get my glasses. And I paid cash for them. All they say is that they will call me. Now I just want my money back. Im talking 3 pairs of glasses and I don't even have one.
