Value finance loan

<div>I app**** at value finance loan they requested I must pay R3999 insurance fee once that is done I will receive my loan in 30 mins as times goes by they send me an email requesting another payment of R4450 which I refuse to pay as that was not part of the contract agreement I am going to the saps to open a case against them they also refuse to pay me my R3999 back they say I must first pay a cancelation fee.And the are a registered company of NCRCP</div>
