Worst of the worst

Value logistics is Useless I regret the day Makro handed over my parcel to this useless company, its been 2 weeks and my parcel is still with them. Unresponsive to calls, deceiving clients telling them that their parcels are on its way when in fact its not. Requested refubd now waiting for item to return to store...Who knows when?
