Worst Courier Company Ever

Worst courier company ever!!! I can't believe Makro are using these clowns to do their online deliveries. I can't get anyone to tell me where exactly my package is. It was supposed to be out on delivery the 3rd of December, it is now the 10th and I cannot find out any information about my package from them. If you try to call their call centre you'll either be placed on hold indefinitely or they just drop your call.
