very disgusting service we are receiving

Makro could do better, whoever approved Value express to be their courier company should have a look at this again. Value express is the worst courier company ever ; they don't deserve to courier for Makro as their are putting a very disgusting service to them. we bought a fridge from Makro on the 03 of March - was sent to value on the 6th to this date we are running behind value as if we owe them to deliver the fridge. They don't call us back, they don't answer their line ; there's no supervisor or manager to assist its disgusting while we fully paid Makro and failing us. Makro you are failing your customers with this company and honestly regret buying from Makro.
