Value Express worse ever

Value Express is the worst ever courier Company, why is Makro using this courier they don't deliver a person's parcels and blaming Makro.,Makro.are blaming them it's been 3weeks.waitimg for a parcel never delivered to me but the status shows delivered, if Makro don't want to loose customers they must keep on using Value Express
