Value Express the most useless company in the country

I ordered a washing machine from Makro which they arranged to be delivered by Value Express on 12/12/24. To date no delivery has taken place, one cannot get hold of the company - they let their phones ring for 30 minutes without answering. This has got to be the most useless courier/delivery company in the country. If their staff worked for me they would definitely be out of a job. How can any company allow phones to ring for 30 minutes without answering. Their tracking website doesn't work and one cannot get hold of them. Makro response is that it is Xmas and delivery company is busy. Duh! Then they shouldn't accept more work than they can handle. Don't ever use this company if you want to get your goods.
