Value Express Terrible Service

Makro made a serious mistake by partnering up Value Express. I called and they refused to give you any update and demanded to speak to the receiver of the delivery. Yet I placed the order on Makro and paid.

They refused then put me on hold. The man who answered out was very rude and said the receiver of the goods is the buyer - which is a LIE! They will be at home for delivery as I am at work, they were there yesterday as Makro had said parcel is arriving on the 19th December 2024 & it’s DID’NT!

The Value Express employee did not even apologise for their delay but was rude and refused to give any update on the delivery! Not even an anticipated date I can expect it. I need these orders for an event that is on the 23rd December 2024 and I haven’t received any of the parcels or updates from this courier company! I am devastated to say the least
