Value Express must fall and Makro must take Responsibility!

Value Express is the worst Company ever to partner with Makro!! If they dont use another Courier Company the sure gonna loose alot of Customers. If I was not so desperate for my package, I was gonna request a refund!! Imagine the parcel was collected from the Store and till date not delivered?? The thing that irritate me the most is that Makro just does not care, as long as the parcel was collected from them there is nothing they can do!
