Unreliable and unprofessional

The worst delivery company ever. It's unreliable and unprofessional. They keep saying my parcel is out on delivery and then never delivered. When I called them apparently the reason the driver never delivered was that the company closed. Like that doesn't even make sense. I will never order from Makro again. And as for value express it's sad how you treat your customers when there has been numerous complaints about this issue and still you don't improve your service.
