They must close this ****a shop they call a courie , its the most useless

I ordered Christmas stuff from makro store (180 km away), its been 20 days now since makro handed this useless courier my stuff ( maybe they are delivering using a wheelbarrow). Christmas is tomorrow and their contact centre is non existent. Makro is on self destruction by patnering with this useless company. Makro should stick to TCG , i got my other orders within 3-4days, even on weekend.
