Terrible service from Value Express couriers

I ordered an online item from Makro on 6 July 2025 , the item was supposed to reach me the 12th of July, however it was only the dispatched the 10th and reached CT the 14th of July. This item according to Value Express couriers , think they are the officail couriers for Makro has been out for delivery since the 15th , 8 days later and it still has not reached me. I am being told by Value Express staff that the item will be delivered constantly , yet today again , there is a no show and not even a call from the couriers to say why the items is not delivered. I hope Makro can look into this poor and disgusting service from their courier partners.
