Return initiated a month ago still not collected

I bought an item from makro last month which happened to be faulty, i think initiated a rturn which was approved on the 23rd of May. No one come to collect my return and i was inconvenienced as a result as i needed that item exchanged or my refund. Value( or lack therof) express has the gall to call me today, almost a month later, to find out if my return was collected. how pathetic. Pre-schoolers can do better than you. Even this 1 star review is a bit too flattering for you guys. y'all deserve a rotten ostrich egg on your ugly faces. I do not know why Makro uses your pathetic services. i was happy with WumDrop.
