Poor service

This Value Express company deserve a big ZERO, they’re *********** very unprofessional. I made an order about 2 weeks ago and upon delivery I then got an email an sms to notify me that my order has been dispatched but to my shocking surprise the guy who was delivering never called me and my order was then delivered to an unknown place the person left my stuff with a person who is not even related to me I called to enquire and I was given 48hours and no one got back to me and today when I called I was then told that my order is with someone who doesn’t leave far from were I stay I must talk to the person so that we organise when and how can I get my order what happens then if the person doesn’t come to party and decides to block me or what happens if the person is a serial killer and I go there telling myself that I’m going to collect my staff. Makro this company will be your downfall Makro is a very big company you need to cut ties with this Value Express clearly don’t value your/their clients the service is very poor and the staff are not so helpful ..I am an angry customer I did not get my order on time and I am being told that the person who collected my order who doesn’t know me who is not even related to me is angry because of my tone I have every right to be mad because first the person took something that doesn’t belong to him something that wasn’t meant for him and I am expected to be very happy because of that service no person who has a right mind can rejoice to that poor service their service is one of the poorest services ever!
