No help and no service

I am extremely unhappy with the service from Value Express Courier. When we phoned to find out when our couches would be delivered, the staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting us. They refused to provide any clear information about when the driver would deliver, even though the items have been “in transit” for days with no progress.

The lack of communication and complete disregard for customer service is shocking. It’s frustrating to deal with a courier company that cannot give basic delivery updates or support. I would not recommend Value Express based on this experience.
