Missing boxes

These people delivered my groceries from Makro stores. The service is always horrible. This time they chose not to deliver all my products. Their delivery note says they were supposed to deliver 4 boxes, they only delivered 3. I lost close to R800 in groceries. I am so disappointed in their service
