I placed an order on Makro on the 26th of February and the parcel was picked on the 27th of February by Value Express and since then I never got any communication whatsoever until I tried to reach out to them and they confirmed that they have seen this parcel for too long but its not being delivered.. They promised to deliver this parcel from 5 days back and I haven't received it yet
