Horrible service

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I had purchased my product from Makro on the 1st of December 2024 with a promise of delivery for 3rd of December 2024, it is now the 9th of December and still no luck. Upon speaking to both Aletta who promised me delivery on the Wednesday then the Thursday and then again the Friday only to phone again Saturday 7th of December to be told by Thandeka that she suggests I go through to Makro Alberton myself and to pick up the product I then spoke to Austin from Makro online and was told that my order was not eligible for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday that it was scheduled for delivery Monday the 9th, today is the 9th and to my surprise again my product has not been delivered. Value Express does not answer their phone and you get absolutely no joy out of Makro either. I will never order from Makro again, their online whatsapp service is pathetic, I've had Mogie assigned to my queries with absolutely no response, I've had Bongani assigned to my yet again query and neither have assisted me whatsoever no call back, no response no nothing but frustration. I will be sure to advise friends and family as well as post on social media as to the horrible service received from both ends.
