Don't use Value Express for your shipments

My 5000 ZAR Marko order which was supposed to be delivered by Value Express never arrived. It took 3 weeks for Value Express/Makro to provide a proof of delivery which is unsigned, with an unknown recipient name, and not stamped (my order was to be delivered at Sign Center, who do have stamps). It seems that no one cares - neither Makro or Value Express - they pocketed the money and couldn't care less where my order is.
