DO NOT EVER USE VALUE EXPRESS

POSSIBLY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY EXISTANCE!! I purchased a washing machine (supposed to be a tumble dryer) via Makro. My mistake, I get that! I followed the instructions Makro gave for the process on a refund. I was told it would be collected in 2 to 4 business days. When it was not, I reached out. I was told by Value Express that a booking has been made. This was on 8 DEC 2025!! It is now 19 December. 11 DAYS AFTER THEIR CONFIRMATION!! I have since had to phone them 4 times, email 3 times, spoke to a driver 4 times, escalated it to "upper management" twice. THE DAMN THING IS STILL HERE. I have had to move appointments 3 times to wait for them to collect, NOTHING. RIDICULOUS!
