Disappointed in non delivery and lack of communication

Very disappointed with service from Value Express. Ordered from Makro on 22 June. Delivery "promised" by 27 June. It is 5 July and no delivery or communication from Value Express. I will not order from Makro again. Makro tells you Value Express will contact you, but they don't. If you try to phone Value Express the phones just ring or get cut off.
