Bad service from Makro and Value Express courier

I ordered my groceries on the 30th of November 2024, till this day I haven't received my groceries..all I am getting from the customer care is that my order was dispatched on the 4th of December with a courier company called VALUE EXPRESS. I really don't understand why would they say they speeding up my order with a courier that tells me that they couldn't deliver because they having a high volumes of orders but then they have a team that works nightshift and day shift, which for me don't make sense. And the very same company VALUE EXPRESS assume or declare that they took my order from makro on the 9th of December but the status on my app it says 4th December..

For future purposes MAKRO RSA stick to COURIER GUY SERVICES because I bet of you dispatched my order on the 4th I would have received it on the 5th.. Makro RSA is a big company wnd you can't afford to disappoint your loyal customers.
