Unconcerned Manager

While shopping, my 5-year-old daughter slipped and fell in one of the aisles. I immediately went to inform the manager, who was assisting at the tills. After waiting about 10 minutes with no response, I had to go back to her again to report the incident. She showed little concern for my daughter’s wellbeing and seemed more focused on making sales than addressing the situation. I found this extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
