No customer service

I bouth a item and payed just over 1500. At value city newcastle, I had a problem with it, took it back and had to wait 20 min for someone to help me. They eventually change the part the was giving me problems. Now 2 months later and have the same issue. The do not look intrested in helping me to fix the product. I even ask to give me the suplier name and i can sort it my self but they dont want to tell me who the suplier is. And agording to there business they do not do refunds or give warranty.
